I stayed here for 16 days following a medical procedure I had done in Matamoras. The hotel staff was amazing and friendly. The room service was so convenient and good. Restaurant staff was professional and attentive. Hotel is super clean and comfortable. My room was large with lots of windows. There does need to be some updating on the decor but everything was in good repair. There was a small fridge in the room but it would be nice to have a microwave as well. Other than that everything was perfect for my needs. Centrally located and close to the market. Bar had cheap drinks. Would definitely recommend.
Nice and cheap place to stay with a/c and bath needs. It's in the "center" of matamoros so it makes easier to move around the city
Stayed overnight only and spent most of the evening in the piano bar in the lobby. Good service, inexpensive drinks and best of all, no driving, just walk up to the elevator and done. Rooms were clean but small. Not made for plus sized folk.
Great location and excellent service provided by an amazing and awesome staff. Definitely worth your time and effort to check into this property.
The place is nice, but beds are not a soft as I expected and rooms have no way to control A/C temperature, it was ok but I like to sleep with the A/C really cold
The staff is super nice! We had to stay for a few days and they were super helpful and nice. I had to work from the hotel And needed good internet service so they made sure our room had the best service and offered their printer and I was just very happy and comfortable overall.
